Deposit & Balance

All safari prices are quoted per person in US dollars (USD). To confirm your booking we require a deposit, with the balance due before departure as follows:

Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send written confirmation. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled, with cancellation terms applying.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank transfer — our preferred method, with no additional processing fees.
• Credit/debit cards — Visa and MasterCard (a 3% processing fee applies).
• Mobile money — M-Pesa, for local payments.
• PayPal — convenient for international clients.

Flexible Payment Plans (Lipa Polepole)

For bookings made well in advance, we offer flexible installment plans ("Lipa Polepole") that let you spread the cost over time, provided the full balance is settled by 30 days before departure. Contact our team to set up a plan that suits you.

Currency & Exchange

Invoices are issued in USD. If you pay in another currency, your bank's prevailing exchange rate and any conversion fees apply. Any difference arising from exchange-rate fluctuations is the responsibility of the payer.

Gorilla Trekking & Special Permits

Where an itinerary includes gorilla trekking or other limited permits, the permit cost may be required in full at the time of booking to secure availability. This will be confirmed at the time of quoting.

Receipts

A receipt is issued for every payment received. Please retain your receipts and booking confirmation for your records and for any travel-insurance claims.
