1. Introduction
Welcome to Expera Adventures. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking and participating in our safari services. By making a booking with us, you agree to accept these terms in full.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and our written confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before the safari start date.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards (3% fee applies), PayPal, and M-Pesa. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust prices to account for currency fluctuations or unforeseen cost increases. Any price changes will be communicated before final payment.
3. Cancellation Policy

4. Travel Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents including passport (valid for 6+ months), visas, and any required vaccinations. Expera Adventures is not liable for denied entry due to inadequate documentation.
5. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all safari participants. Your insurance must cover medical expenses, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Proof of insurance may be requested.
6. Health and Safety
Safari travel involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions from our guides. We recommend consulting a travel health specialist before departure.
7. Itinerary Changes
While we make every effort to operate safaris as planned, circumstances may require itinerary modifications. These may include weather, road conditions, wildlife movements, or factors beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of similar value will be provided when possible.
8. Liability
Expera Adventures acts as an agent for service providers including hotels, airlines, and transport companies. We are not liable for losses, injuries, or damages caused by these third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Photography and Marketing
Photographs taken during safaris may be used for marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing before your trip that you do not consent.
10. Complaints
Any complaints should be raised with your guide immediately during the safari. Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of trip completion for consideration.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
